What is Sandbox?

Sandbox is an exclusive community that selects the most inspiring young achievers and innovators under 30 worldwide and connects them to each other. We offer them a trusted environment (online and offline) where they can build meaningful relationships, learn from each other and get access to resources that help them realize their next big idea. Our ultimate goal is to bring together amazing people and push already impressive initiatives to the next level. What do you want to achieve next?
The growing community counts more than 400 young leaders in 39 different countries. We organise regular events in Bangalore, Beijing, Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Cologne, Geneva, London, Madrid, Munich, New York, Paris, Prague, San Francisco, Singapore, Stockholm, Washington DC & Zurich.

We provide them with local meeting places, as well as with an online platform where they can connect globally and benefit from unique opportunities. We have a full time team based in four locations, working day and night to create value for the community.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for atypical young people who make us go WOW. Sandboxers are exceptional individuals under 30 who love to make things happen. They stick out of the crowd by their achievements and often don’t go the typical way. And they are constantly working on their next big idea, whatever it might be.
Already in their twenties they run their own businesses, drive forward organizations, take over leadership roles, do cutting-edge research or political work, create art, write books or build social enterprises. Sandboxers love to exceed everyone’s expectation with their passion, their curiosity and their ambitions.
They all share a certain degree of entrepreneurial spirit, but entrepreneurs are just a part of our members. Sandboxers come from virtually all fields of the society and believe that they can learn from each other.
