Naza is on the verge of completing her BA in European Studies and Spanish at King’s College London. Thanks to this program, she was fortunate to live one year in Barcelona. Born in Tehran and having grown up in Paris, she loves meeting people with an international background and from distinct cultures.
An internship at Bloomberg in NYC allowed her to work for an acclaimed interviewer, Charlie Rose, who taught her that acquiring all the knowledge is not the most important, but connecting the dots is. Being a news-addict, she hopes one day to dedicate herself to broadcast journalism as time pressure and collaborative team productivity in this industry are sources of adrenaline to her.
Her last internship at the Madrid-based think tank, FRIDE, enabled her to climb new steps:  publishing a policy brief as well as organising a conference.
On a more personal level, Naza is utterly convinced she could live the rest of her life by eating cheese and drinking wine; on that account, one of her future plans is to escape for a couple of months to a vineyard and learn the art of oenology.

Richard hails from Gothenburg, Sweden, but leads a nomadic life, averaging a move every two years. He started his academic career with Russian language studies, which lead on to a job for the Swedish Foreign Ministry in Kaliningrad. His next pursuit was strategic communication, where Richard crowned his BA with an award-winning thesis on how organizational communication can boost creativity. In addition to communication and creativity, Richard’s third main interest is globalization, making Sandbox pretty much the workplace of his dreams.

When not busy scheming on the latest Sandbox communication strategy, Richard is probably darting through traffic in Zurich on his bmx bike, on his way to the Turkish grocery store to pick up the weekly supplies for his vegetarian cooking.
