Pirates in the Sandbox

Pirate parties have been spreading around Europe in the past months. Their objective is to reform the copyright and patents laws. The Swedish one has recently been quite successful, being able to send a representative to the European Parliament. Switzerland also saw the foundation of its own Pirate party yesterday in Zurich, and Sandboxer Philippe Nantermod joined as an observer in his role of vice-president of the Young Liberals of Switzerland (FDP).
