Head of Incubation
Sandbox is the world’s foremost community of extraordinary and entrepreneurial young people. With 650 members all across the world, we want 2012 to be our most successful year yet. We aim at building a completely new incubation program that helps our members develop their businesses, projects and personalities faster and more successfully.
Instead of a traditional, top-down program we want to develop a methodology from scratch to provide incubation through the community, peer-to-peer. We believe that this way, we can scale it to all our local hubs around the world, and create a profitable business around it.
To create this new initiative, and expand our small but sexy team, based in the beautiful city of Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for a Head of Incubation. Your responsibilities include:
- Gather knowledge and best practice on incubation, by interviewing other programs, participating in programs, etc
- Run small test incubation programs across the world
- Identify key metrics of success and measure them across each test
- Role out successful programs in hubs across the world
As our Head of Incubation, you are a key part of our management team, and involved in everything from defining and executing strategy to cooking up ideas on how our next company retreat should look like.
What you should bring to the table:
- Be at Sandboxer, at least at heart
- Enjoy working in a start-up environment (where both the hours and the people can be a bit crazy)
- Be able to turn strategies into clear, executable goals and processes
- Great research and analytical skills
- Feel at home in a highly international and ever changing environment
