The “compass for urban nomads” wins
April 7th, 2009 by Nico LuchsingerWhat to do when you’re in a city, and you quickly need to know the fastest connection to another place by public transport? If you live in Switzerland and have an iPhone, the answer is clear: “GottaGo”.
The application, described as a “compass for urban nomads”, provides you with the schedules using your current location. It was developed by Liip, a web development company co-founded by fellow Sandboxer Hannes Gassert. And it just won the main prize at the “Best of Swiss Web Awards” last week.
We congratulate Hannes and his team – also for the many other prizes they won at the Awards, including Gold and Silver in the category Innovation and Silver in the category Quality.
