IVY Leadership Summit 2009 at Brown University
I’m back in New York from inspiring days at the IVY Leadership Summit 2009 at Brown University. Every year, student leaders from all the 8 Ivy League Universities meet to exchange ideas and listen to extraordinary keynotes (for example Sergei Nikititsch Khrushchev, son of former Sovjet Prime Minister Khrushchev and professor at Brown, “The Cuban Missile crisis was nothing what it looks like…”). Together with Emily from Harvard we organized a entrepreneurship & social-entrepreneurship session and will drive the initiative forward in the next couple of months to connect entrepreneurs across all Ivy League schools. Please get in touch if you’re interested to join us! It was amazing to see how many ideas and initiatives are out there, driven by passionate students.
Many thanks to the Ivy Student Council for the great organization, Tim for his hospitality and Ian from Brown Entrepreneurship Program, for his valuable inputs! Check out their annual Entrepreneurship Conference, coming up at Brown with an exciting program.
