Working at Sandbox isn’t like most other jobs. We are constantly dealing with some of the most inspiring young people worldwide and try to learn from them. We all don’t like the normal 9 to 5 job (or the 5 to 9 investment banking version ;-), but instead come to the office every morning to build a company where work is meaningful, fun and has impact. How, where and when work gets done is much less important for us than the fact that the milestones are met and that we’re enjoying and learning on the way.
