Rajeeb Dey shortlisted for the 02 X Entrepreneur of the Year Award

Rajeeb’s next big goal is to establish Enternships as a global brand – as a word people immediately recognise and which gives people working in start-ups and small business the same kudos as those interning in large blue chip firms. “I envisage that in years to come the word ‘enternship’ will be in the dictionary!”, he says.

Ideas Rajeeb had but never executed on:
I’ve been very keen to do something in the healthcare industry and in particular looking at alternative medicine e.g. ayurvedic, homeopathy etc. Most of my family and friends are Doctors and thus it has been a natural fit for me to do something in healthcare but its not something I will embark upon immediately – maybe i’ll revisit the idea later down the line!

What inspired Rajeeb lately:
I was inspired by a quote I read on a friend’s Twitter feed yesterday which said: “Don’t compare your life to others, you have no idea what their journey is about.” It reminded me that life is indeed a journey with ups and downs; I am on an unbelievable journey right now with the end destination unknown; all I know is that i’m enjoying the ride and that even if it appears others may ‘have it easy’ we don’t really know what they have been through to get to where they are.
